If you have further questions on what supplements may be best for you, schedule a 30 minute new client consultation to review allergies, current medications, and diagnoses. Submit any questions, goals, or concerns prior to the one-on-one consultation and we will discuss quick take-aways and action plans. If your plan requires more in-depth recommendations, we will schedule an established consultation to review the remaining findings in detail, including non-pharmaceutical options, lifestyle modifications, current medication optimization, and lab value interpretation, if supplied. 

Once you are an established client, you can schedule any check-ins during your wellness journey.
