If you have further questions on supplements, schedule a free 15 minute initial consultation to review allergies, current medications, and diagnoses. Submit any questions or goals prior to the one-on-one consultation and we will discuss quick take-aways and action plans. If your plan requires more in-depth recommendations, we will schedule a new client consultation to review all findings in detail, including non-pharmaceutical options, lifestyle modifications, supplement advice, current medication optimization, and lab value interpretation, if supplied. 

Once you are an established client, you can schedule any check-ins during your wellness journey.
